Defy Expected

For Hard Rock Casino Tulsa, the goal was to design a brand campaign that could deliver the casino experience staples in a style that was uniquely Hard Rock. The photography was stylized to look like classic rock-and-roll photography from the 1960s and 1970s while showing the staple casino experiences. Hand-written typography was used across all headlines to create a devil-may-care attitude. The copy was made to straddle the line between fun and having an attitude. The entire campaign was inviting a casino-goer to step onto Hard Rock and feel like a rock star.
